Alli Chewable Tablets x 84 are clinically proven to work in your digestive system and help you lose weight. The tablet prevents a quarter of the fat in meals from being absorbed, which passes out of the body. This process can cause changes to your bowel movements, however eating lower-fat meals will help manage these effects.
Alli Tablets are suitable for ages 18 and over, with a BMI of 28 or above.
Alli Chewable Tablets are clinically proven to help with weight loss.
1 Bottle containing 84 chewable Alli tablets and a carry case.
How to Use:
Take only one Alli chewable tablet at a time.
Alli chewable tablets are for oral consumption.
Chew 1 Alli tablet, 3 times a day with each main meal containing fat.
BMI:
The Body Mass Index can determine whether a person has a healthy or unhealthy weight. A healthy BMI is considered to be between 18 and 25, while a BMI of 25-30 is regarded as overweight. A score of 30-40 is considered obese and anything above 40 is considered seriously obese.
Calculating a BMI score is quite simple. By dividing the weight against the height of a person, you can easily identify if Alli is suitable for you to take. Muscular and athletic individuals may find themselves in a high BMI category even though they are in good physical shape. This is because the BMI cannot differentiate between muscle and body fat, so it should only be regarded as a rough indication of your body's health.
