Zovirax Cold Sore Cream is a topical treatment for cold sores, medically known as herpes labialis. Zovirax contains Aciclovir which is an antiviral medicine commonly used in viral skin infections. Use Zovirax at the first signs of a cold sore for maximum effect or use it when the blister has formed to accelerate healing.

Zovirax works by attacking the cold sore virus and preventing it from reproducing. For best results, use the cream at the first signs of a cold sore (tingling or itchy feeling around your mouth).
Directions for Use: Adults and children - Apply 5 times daily for at least 4 days starting at the first signs of a cold sore. If healing has not occurred, treatment can be continued for up to 10 days.
Ingredients: 100mg Aciclovir Equivalent to 5% w/w, Poloxamer 407, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Sodium Laurilsulfate, White, Soft Paraffin, Arlacel 165 (Macrogol Stearate 100 and Glycerol Monostearate), Liquid Paraffin, Dimeticone, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water.
