They use Hydra-Gel technology meaning that they provide optimum healing conditions by reducing friction and keeping your blister hydrated. They can also be used as a preventative measure.

Directions for Use: Peel off the adhesive strips and apply over blister or blister-prone area. Then remove the top layer of the plaster.
