Breast-feeding provides essential nutrients and antibodies for your baby's long term health. Certain nutrients can play an important role during lactation and production of milk. Pregnacare Breast-feeding provides:- Calcium- Each tablet contains 700mg calcium, plus magnesium and vitamin D3 which are important for healthy bone development. This is also good for women who avoid dairy products.
- Iron and vitamin B complex- To help support new blood formation after labour and give energy at a time when there are more demands on a new mum.
- DHA- Each capsule provides 300mg DHA, the level recommended by experts for lactating women. DHA supplied from the mother's breast milk plays an essential role in the new baby's brain and eye development.
- Fish Oil- Pregnacare Breast-feeding contains the purest pharmaceutical grade fish oil, and is produced in Norway.
When to use Pregnacare Breast-feeding:
Pregnacare Breast-feeding can be taken whether or not you are breast-feeding. Start to take at any point after giving birth and use for as long as required.
Directions for use:
Take two Pregnacare Postnatal tablets per day, plus one Omega-3 Capsule per day. Take with water after a main meal. Do not chew and do not exceed the recommended intake.
