Numark Folic Acid 400µg is recommended whilst trying to conceive and to continue taking throughout early pregnancy. Folic acid is important for the developing foetus as it supports the normal growth of the neural tube. For the rest of us Folic acid is important for the digestive, nervous system, healthy blood production and reproductive system.- Helpful in pre and early pregnancy.
