Bonjela Complete Plus is a new treatment from Bonjela to help soothe the pain of mouth ulcers and promote healing. The gel formula comes in a small bottle with a handy applicator, meaning you get 100 applications from just 10ml of gel. Bonjela Complete Plus also incorporates Filmogel technology which helps to create an instant barrier over the ulcer for up to 4 hours after application.
Please note: Due to this product contain Salicylic acid it must not be given to those under the age of 16. There is a possible association between Reye's syndrome and Salicylic acid.
Directions for Use: Wipe off the excess liquid from one side of the applicator against the rim of the bottle. Apply the product directly on the wound with the other side of the applicator in order to cover the affected area. Allow to dry for about 10 seconds before closing your mouth. A visible film will form over the ulcer. If the ulcer is not entirely covered, renew the application. Apply Bonjela Complete Plus as often as necessary up to 4 times a day, preferably before meals, until healing (3 to 5 days). Never scratch off the film once formed, it will disappear by itself. So long as the film appear, further application isn't needed. After use, replace the applicator back into the bottle, the composition of the gel means that the applicator does not need to be cleaned. Seal tightly after use and use within 6 months of opening.
Warnings: Do not use in children under the age of 16. Do not use in case of allergy to salicylic derivatives. Do not use on major ulcers bigger than 1cm in diameter or herpes-like ulcers(many tiny ulcers).
