A. Vogel Po-Ho Essential Oil Inhaler Stick is a menthol scented natural inhaler that contains five beneficial essential oils that will help to clear, unblock and soothe the airways.

The name for this essential oil inhaler stick, Po-Ho, comes from the Chinese (Mandarin) word for peppermint. The active natural oils found in this inhaler include, Peppermint Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Juniper Oil and Caraway and Fennel Oil.
Directions for Use: Insert the tip of the inhaler gently into your nostril, close the other nostril and inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril. Use as often as required.
Warnings and Cautions:
Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.
Not suitable for children under 6 years.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
